Hartlepool Special Needs Support Group is a Voluntary Organisation and consists of:-

- Laura Baker - (Elected January 2006)
- Doreen Bridson - (Elected January 2006)

The trustees meet monthly to monitor and set targets and discuss a range of issues relating to the efficient running of the group, including operational and financial reports from the Manager/Co-ordinator to whom the trustees have delegated the day to day running of the Group. Additional or informal meetings are also held as required. Full members meeting are held at least three times a year4
